2.1 About Revèra

Revèra is a brand operated by Spicetech Innovations.

We offer vegetarian protein and wellness-oriented products to customers in India.

Our products may be manufactured by third-party manufacturing partners. Product-specific information, including ingredients, nutrition information, directions, warnings and storage instructions, should always be checked on the applicable product packaging and product page.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the website and place an order.

2.3 Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, nutritional information, pricing and other website information are accurate.

However:

• Product packaging may change from time to time.
• Product images may vary slightly from actual packaging.
• Product information may be updated.
• The product label supplied with the product should be treated as the definitive source for product-specific information.

Customers should review ingredients, allergen information, nutritional information, directions and warnings before consuming any product.

2.4 Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

Where an accepted prepaid order is cancelled by Revèra and a refund is due, the applicable refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

2.5 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees.

Applicable taxes will be displayed or included as required by applicable law.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Revèra reserves the right to modify product prices and promotional offers, subject to applicable law.

2.6 Payments

Revèra currently accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

2.7 Shipping

Revèra ships products within India.

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch, subject to location, carrier availability, public holidays, weather, operational disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders of ₹1299 or above, subject to the terms displayed at checkout.

2.8 Cancellation

Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once placed.

Where cancellation is required by applicable law or is specifically approved by Revèra, the applicable resolution will be communicated to the customer.

2.9 Returns and Product Issues

Due to the nature of our products as consumable food products, Revèra does not generally accept returns for:

• Change of mind;
• Taste preference;
• Personal preference;
• Ordering the wrong product or flavour; or
• Products that have been opened or consumed, except where the issue concerns damage, tampering, incorrect delivery or another legitimate product issue.

Customers should contact us if:

• A product arrives damaged;
• The package appears tampered with;
• The wrong product is delivered;
• The product received materially differs from the product ordered; or
• There is another legitimate product-related issue.

Claims may require photographs, videos, order information, packaging details, batch information or other reasonable evidence for verification.

Where a claim is verified, Revèra may provide a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2.10 Reviews

Customers may submit reviews and other content where this functionality is available.

Reviews must be genuine and must not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or fraudulent material.

Revèra may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements or applicable law.

2.11 Intellectual Property

The Revèra name, logos, trademarks, website design, photographs, graphics, written content, product descriptions and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Revèra/Spicetech Innovations unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

2.12 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access;
• Interfere with website security;
• Place fraudulent orders;
• Misuse promotional codes;
• Systematically copy website content;
• Introduce malicious software; or
