From Food Technology to Building the Next Generation Superblends
A Food Technologist with over two decades of experience in Food industry, Research and Development, Quality Control, Process Engineering and Business Operations, Dhanashri brings a rare combination of scientific expertise and commercial understanding to the food industry.
Recognizing that successful food innovation requires more than technical knowledge, she further strengthened her management capabilities with an MBA in Operations from SVKM’s NMIMS, completed in 2023. Her journey has always been driven by one question:
How can everyday nutrition be made better, more meaningful and easier to embrace?

With 30+ years of entrepreneurial and business experience across Marketing, Operations, Hospitality, Interior Design, Creative Services and Consumer-Facing Businesses, Ramesh brings a strong understanding of how brands are built, businesses are scaled, and consumer needs are translated into meaningful experiences.
His entrepreneurial journey began in the early 1990s, two decades of experience building and managing businesses across diverse sectors. broad perspective across strategy, operations, marketing, customer experience and business development. Most recently, his leadership in FMCG marketing and digital marketing has further strengthened his understanding of today’s evolving consumer and the importance of building brands that connect with them.
His journey has been defined by an ability to understand people, identify opportunities, and turn ideas into sustainable businesses.
This diverse entrepreneurial experience now comes together and founded Revèra Protein Superblends with a shared belief that better nutrition should not be complicated or difficult to incorporate into everyday life.
